Employee,Mrs,Ester,Silver,75000
Employee,Mr,Yakov,Weiser,70000
Put all the records in to appropriate objects
Put all the objects in to a data structure
Loop through the data structure and print out (on screen)
Title,First Name, Last Name, Bonus (in currency format)
The bonus being the following rules:
Executive – 20% of salary
Supervisor – 10% of salary
Manager – 8% of salary
Employee – 5% of salary
