Many companies seem to have forgotten just how important safety is. Will presenting a voluntary program or employees be the best way to resolve this?
Hypothesis: Employees voluntarily assisting programs will resolve safety issues.
Alternative Hypothesis: It should be mandatory for employees to be to take course before beginning employment.
Prof says: you still not have provided a testable hypothesis. We need a specific test statistic in numerical format, such as a mean, median, or mode, that we compute from a sample of data, and compare to an acceptable limit. If the value observed exceeds the limit value we then have justification for rejecting the null case, Ho, and accepting the alternative hypothesis, Ha. Since we are using a sample of data, we will also have to specify a probability we are willing to accept of being wrong if reject Ho. We call this probability our "Level of Significance."
Describes the Possible Types of Secondary Data Used for Hypothesis Testing, Including a Discussion of Whether or Not One or More Types of Secondary Data Could Be Used to Test the Hypothesis, and Why This Secondary Data Would or Would Not Be Useful
Basic - Somewhat describes the possible types of secondary data used for hypothesis testing, including a discussion of whether or not one or more types of secondary data could be used to test your hypothesis, and why this secondary data would or would not be useful. The description and/or discussion are underdeveloped

In a five- to six-page paper (not including the title and reference pages), provide
A revised version of your introduction, research question, background research, hypothesis, research design, sampling plan, secondary data plan (if applicable), and measurement scales (if applicable). These revisions must be based on your instructor’s feedback if your instructor provided comments about these sections in Week Three.
Your plans for using observations, focus groups, interviews, or surveys, if applicable. This should include your draft version of the questions you will ask your participants. If observations or surveys would not be useful in your study, please explain why not.
